The best sci-fi in the history of human culture was manifested in the form of plain old text. The following are some of the best science fiction books I have had the pleasure to read. In my opinion the greatest ever written. Sure I have mostly read works by Arthur C. Clarke, but these affected me to such a degree that even the works of Asimov cannot possibly compare. Or can they?
